Delete your IcuSync account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Your training data on Intervals.icu is never affected.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Sign in to your IcuSync dashboard.
  2. 2If you have an active subscription, cancel it under Billing first. You can't delete an account that is still being billed.
  3. 3Open the Danger Zone panel and click Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm with your password.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You are signed out everywhere, including any AI app you connected to IcuSync.

Can't sign in?

  • Use Forgot password to set a new password, then follow the steps above.
  • No longer have access to the email address on your account? Email [email protected] and we'll help you verify the account and delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your IcuSync account: name, email address and password
  • Your Intervals.icu connection, including the access token you approved
  • Every AI app connection (Claude, ChatGPT and others) and all sign-in sessions
  • Links between you and a coach on IcuSync
  • Any other services you connected to IcuSync, such as Strava or Garmin, including their stored tokens and data. We revoke IcuSync's access with the service where it supports that.
  • Your subscription record on IcuSync

You may also want to remove IcuSync in Intervals.icu under Settings → Apps → IcuSync. It can no longer be used once your account is deleted.

What is not affected

Everything in your Intervals.icu account stays exactly as it is: activities, workouts, fitness, wellness and your calendar. IcuSync never stores your training data, so there is nothing of it to delete on our side.

What is kept

  • Billing records: invoices and payment history are held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as Australian tax law requires.
  • Logs: usage and debug logs are deleted automatically within 90 days.
  • Analytics: product usage events are linked only to an internal user number, never your name or email address.

Signing up again

You can create a new account later with the same email address. It starts empty: nothing from the deleted account is restored, and you'll need to connect Intervals.icu again.
